Pricing questions

What counts as one verification?: One verification is one email address checked. Every customer or contact email in your store is verified once, and again only if the address changes. Customers without an email address cost nothing.
Are the 10,000 included verifications monthly?: No — they are credited once, when you first subscribe. That is usually enough to verify a store's entire existing list. After that you pay $0.003 per email, and only for new or changed addresses.
Do I need a credit card to start?: No. Install the app and the first 300 verifications are free, with no subscription required.
How am I billed?: All billing runs through Shopify or Wix, on the same invoice as your store subscription. We never see or store your payment details. Usage charges are billed at the end of each monthly cycle.
Can I cap my spending?: Yes. You set a monthly spending cap when you subscribe, and usage charges never exceed it.
Can I cancel at any time?: Yes. Cancel the subscription or uninstall the app from your Shopify or Wix admin and billing stops. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Are AI-powered insights included in every plan?: Yes. The AI list-health report is included on the Free and Pro plans at no extra cost. It explains what your verification results mean in plain language and recommends what to do next — no AI credits or add-ons to buy.
Do I need API keys or an account with a verification provider?: No. Multiple verification engines are built in and cross-checked for you — no separate accounts, API keys or per-provider credits to manage.
